Access to FeelWell is provided through schools and educational institutions. Schools are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent for student use
• Managing user accounts and access permissions
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and school policies
• Supervising student use of the platform

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended educational and wellness purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Not use the platform to harm, harass, or bully others

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the FeelWell platform are owned by Psyflo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

FeelWell is designed to support student wellness but is not a substitute for professional mental health services. In case of emergency or crisis, users should contact appropriate emergency services or mental health professionals immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Psyflo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of FeelWell is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting student privacy and complying with FERPA, COPPA, and other applicable education privacy laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion. Schools may terminate their agreement with us according to the terms of their contract.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify schools of material changes and post updated terms on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
